Rating controls for a plex user I shared my library with

Good morning!

I have a user whom I share my movie library with.
Last night his nephew turn on a very recently released cartoon that is rated R and scarred himself for like (Hahahaha!! Ooops)
Anyway. He wants to know now, if there is a way for him to set up a kids account on his side that he can limit the ratings on, much like I do with my managed users.
Is this a Plex Pass only feature?
If so, and he got plex pass, ow would he manage it if he doesn’t have a plex server as I do?

A user cannot “re-share” content that was shared with him (and thereby applying content restrictions in the process).
Only you as the owner of that content could do this.

Workaround: The other user would have to create a regular plex.tv account for his nephew and you must then share the library (with restrictions) with this user account.
