Hi,
After the recent Sonos update the link between Plex and Sonos stopped working. I re-authorized from the Sonos app and was able to browse, but not play, local media. From the web Plex app speakers were no longer listed and clicked on “link your sonos account”. Doing so results in the above Internal Server Error. I think I’m supposed to be redirected to a Sonos page to continue but the Internal Server Error is from Plex.tv.
- remote access active and working
- able to play and cast videos to other devices
- relinking fails from plex web app but sonos app linked succesfully to plex
According to this link Getting Internal Server Error I think my Sonos cache needs reset by Plex support?
I’ve attached Plex logs as indicated by the FAQ.
