I seriously need help. I’ve emailed a few times and absolutely NOBODY has responded.
How do I restore PLEX back to my original settings (with the library & collection settings).
My WDEX4100 died. I was able to get ALL data back through file restoration services. I had to REINSTALL the PLEX app on the WD but it acts as if the database is NEW. How do I get the original settings back?
