Now I have what I was expecting to find.

The server has been hitting plex.tv so hard (failed attempts) that Plex.tv has throttled it

The solution now is to shutdown PMS and let it sit for about an hour.
When Plex.tv sees it’s not trying to hammer / DDOS it, it’ll allow it to connect up again.

FWIW,

I did spot a difference in IP addresses.

  1. WAN IP reported is a “108” address.
  2. Logs show the additional “192” address.

Is this expected ?

Wan addressing is the same as lan addressing (10.1.11.0). Plex should ignore the 193.43.216 addresses

Sorry by WAN address you mean externally facing. Yeah - FIOS does those nasty things :slight_smile:
