Rebuilt ReadyNAS, restored files, installed Plex server, cannot claim it

I had to rebuild my NAS server, I restored media files from backup, I installed Plex server, all appeared OK. I went to serverIP:32400/web was offered the opportunity to claim the server, chose that, signed in, but only get “There was a problem signing in”. I can sign in to plex.tv OK with the same credentials.

Any advice please?
