Same; changed my password this morning (after Plex’s data leak) and now my server is missing when I login.

Same Here.

After you changed your password and opted to sign out all devices/clients, you also need to reclaim / sign in your server. Procedure to do that is outlined in the support article linked in the breach email and the related forum announcement.

TL;DR:

  1. open the local web app of your server from within the same network

    • if you’re on the same machine… browse to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
    • if you’re on a different machine in the same network… browse to http://[local PMS IP address]:32400/web (no other URLs of means of access)
  2. go to Settings > [Server Name] > General

  3. click the Sign In button at the center of this settings page (next to the „This server is unclaimed…“ message)

Thank you Tom for your reply. The server name has disappeared. The interface looks like the player version, even though I defenatly downloaded the server version on my QNAP.

And the url is the local QNAP server.

http://XXX.XXX.X.XXX:32400/web/index.html#!/settings/web/general

Let’s have a look at this guide

Thank you Tom - this guide should be pinned to the top of the forum.

I followed the steps and am back in business.

Thank you again!
