After they update app. Anyone still having issues playing video away from home? And when u are home subtitles not work either On phone or tablets? Had no issues until update.
Hey! I have had the EXACT same issue. I’m not sure how easy this is for you, but I use an Asustor NAS and what worked for me was to uninstall the Plex Server completely and redownload it. I’m not sure why that worked, but it refreshed something and I’m back in business. Hope this helps buddy and best wishes.
I updated my mac server and all my phones plex app and I noticed that my music audio files and audio playlist disappeared. I cannot see my music library, only my videos libraries.

Plex TV app on my tv is fine, but for the ios mobile app is not useful to me. Now have to have two apps, a PlexAmp for audio and PlexTV app for videos files. Before I had everything in one Plex app. It is more confusing having two different apps.
And if you have a Photos library you’ll need a third app: PlexPhotos (that’s the name, no kidding).

Io anche se dal centro pacchetti ho disinstallato Plex e rimesso non è cambiato nulla su iPhone (che è tutto aggiornato sia iOS sia l’app Plex)
