Recent issue with Connection via web/Remote Access

I’m going to have to take a break from troubleshooting for a while, have to get my WorkFromHome setup up and running and start my day, I’ll check back at my lunchbreak, and after work, if there is any follow up.
Sorry for having an actual issue and not what I thought might be a quick fix, I appreciate the assistance.

Please delete the cert-v2.p12 file from your AppSupport dir and restart PMS. Do this only once. Do not set the secure-connections pref back to “disabled” (it may cause the issue to recur).

popped over to my other window and saw this, and wanted to just say that I did see this, but won’t test right away as someone is currently streaming something & I’m actively in WFH work at the moment.
Will update with results of this after I get a chance to do it a little latter today.

Had a quick moment, moved(in case) it out and restarted the server and … I “think” that it is working now

there is a newly generated cert file showing up, and I “appear” to be back up.

so fingers crossed this is resolved, and doesn’t feel like breaking again.

Thanks so much for the assistance, not sure why it glitched, but if it’s working again … not going to complain.
