What’s clear is you need to Plex Dance the ‘misbehavers’.
Would deleting the whole library and readding it do the same thing? Because all stand alone episodes are affected as shown in the screenshots above.
Sure - I would ‘Clean Bundles’ between deletion and re-addition.
The Dance above has the steps in the wrong order, and is therefore not fully effective.

Do you mean the ones I posted or what JuiceWSA posted? Because I followed what he posted, looks like I just typed it out 3 & 4 the wrong way round.
I only read yours and thought I better mention the correct order.
Well its cured the issue I had, because now it just listed all the new series not episodes.
Still 3 of them are not displaying as the others. I don’t get it.

and if you don’t do every step of the Dance, in the correct order - you might as well not even do it - 'cause it won’t work.
We know it works - 'cause @pshanew fixed the same problem you have (he didn’t even know he had) by doing the Dance properly - now all you have to do is do the Dance properly.
I did the dance properly - I followed your instructions. Its not that hard. As I said above I just typed out a couple of steps in the wrong order. I didn’t type that while ‘doing the dance’.
Go back and read and you will see that the issue occurs when I re added the 4 seasons of Banshee.
I deleted and re added the whole TV library. Problem is now it just shows recently added as seasons and not episodes.
EDIT: So I removed and re added some random episodes of series to simulate adding new ep’s to the library. Still no dice. So I rolled back the server version and its back to normal, as it should be.
So I ran the updater again and this time its again, as it should be. I have no idea what happened with the update the first time. But its working as it should now.
plex recently added groups recently added stuff.
if only an episode was added, it will show the episode info.
if multiple episodes or 1 or more seasons it will show series/seasons
Which is what it was doing. Then it wasn’t. So I posted here. As I’ve stated several times in this thread.
