Receving Input/Output error when trying to play from Roku or Plex Web

@mtclemente alluded to the most likely issue here. Try these steps to fix the issue.

1. Restart Plex Media Server
2. Wait 60 seconds
3. Attempt to play a file which causes the problem.

EAE will fail if the inotify table fills.

EAE timeout! EAE not running, or wrong folder?

May I request: Restart Plex Wait 60 seconds Attempt to play a file which causes the problem. wait another 30 seconds Download the logs and attach the ZIP file. I just had a case where the inotify table was full. EAE will fail if the table fills.
