Recommendations for Alternative Music Server, Please

I’m seeking an alternative to PLEX for music. It need only have a few basic capabilities:

  • Support for multiple libraries (organized in sub folders)
  • Use of embedded metadata/album art (no external sources)
  • Customizeable fanart (stored in artist folders, on server)
  • Customizeable playlists (m3u format, preferred)
  • Ability to stream to other clients on a local area network
  • Client support for (1) Android, and (2) Roku or Chromecast

Does such a platform exist outside of PLEX?
