Recommended panel unavailable

Hello,

Currently i encounter an issue with the “Recommended” panel in the Mobile App and the Smart TV APP.

But i have a working acces to my library, i can navigate and play video file normally in the “library” panel

I tried to look at the log files on the web-player:

And in my android log files:

This problem happen on my Local network (Wi-Fi) and also from outside with 4G.
I tried to uninstal/reinstal the Server/Mobile app/ TV App

Could you please help me with this issue ?
