Record with Episode Number

We recently reinstalled our DVR due to Zap XML going out of service. Now we have a problem with NFL games not being recorded by episode number, or rather the episode number not being used.

Here is what we see:

The green is the older way, and the red (not preferred) is what we see now.

Is there a way to configure our DVR to record as it used to?

Another thing that’s happening is that recording titles no longer include the teams played, only a generic title:

(Well, guess College Football Live isn’t a game, but you get the idea)
