OTA DVR recording cannot be played in PLEX because a different file is played instead

When I select and play the recorded episode, NFL Football (2002) - 2021-10-17 05 00 00 - Seattle Seahawks at Pittsburgh Steelers, the wrong episode is played. Instead the episode, NFL Football (2002) - 2021-10-17 05 00 00 - Miami Dolphins vs. Jacksonville Jaguars, is played. There does not appear to be anything wrong with either recording or the metadata attached to them.
