Recorded TV Show Episode Not Appearing in Apple TV App

Have at least one recorded TV show episode that does not show up when viewing TV Shows recorded episodes using Apple TV Plex Player. When I view using Plex player on computer, the episode is clearly visible and is recorded on plex media server in the correct folder format. Some of the shows recorded for the series do appear in the Apple TV Plex player.

Any suggestions on how to make the episode visible on the Apple TV Plex player? I tried library scan from Apple TV and that did not help. Also tried restarting Apple TV, uninstalled app, reinstall and neither helped.

Using Apple TV Plex player version 2.4(12676) and plex media server 1.15.3.876.

Any suggestions appreciated.
