I have Plex installed on Server 2012R2 and am using a WinTV-quadHD tuner card for DVR.
I’ve tried a two different servers (the other was on Windows 10) using the same capture card and have had DVR issues on both that seem exactly the same.
When a show starts to record it shows up in the Recording Schedule area. It goes back and forth between looking normal and having an error icon the entire time it is set to record. Once the scheduled recording finishes the listing goes away from the Recording Schedule area of Plex. The logs are pretty packed but I managed to find the following right after the latest recording completed.

I saved these logs to a different folder so they won’t get overwritten and can upload them if anyone wants to look.
I’ve seen a bunch of other posts similar to this in the forums but not exactly like it. I saw one from last summer where a Plex rep was trying to sort out DVR issues. I hope they are still trying to do that. I’ve sunk a large amount of time into getting Plex set up so I can get rid of cable. Without DVR that won’t work.
