I wonder if this is related to a similar issue discussed in this thread:
However, the issue there doesn’t seem to be related to timeouts, because the “Playback was terminated by the server. Recording failed. Please check your tuner or antenna.” error comes up very quickly, and the channel tunes just fine when using Plex Web or PMP for Mac or PC.
