Recording failed with 0 (Success)

Hi,

Had a program scheduled to record less than an hour ago, and when I took a peek I saw that there was a problem with the recording. It chose the HD Homerun CONNECT to do the recording, and I’ve been able to schedule recordings before with it. Sadly, there isn’t much to go on in the logs. I’m a bit surprised that the log stated there was an error with an error code of 0 (Success). I do have two tuners associated to the Plex server (the CONNECT and DUAL), if that makes any difference. I also checked the tuner with the HD Homerun app and it’s working fine.

Any help is appreciated.

If you want 2 devices to work, you need to upgrade to 1.9.3. The ability to use more that 1 device was broken after 1.6.1 and before 1.9.3.

Awesome, thanks, I will give that a try. I have two recordings coming up tomorrow.

I wasn’t planning on connecting my second (older) tuner, but I found that with the HD Homerun CONNECT, when two shows are to be recorded at the same time, it only records one. :frowning: Not sure if that is a limitation or bug. If I encounter that again I’ll try to grab the logs.
