Recording on +1 hour channels ignored

I have an odd issue. When I schedule a UK recording using channel 076: QUEST+1 for a programme currently being broadcast on channel 012: QUEST, the recording produced is a partial recording from the QUEST channel. The Fact that I selected the upcoming broadcast on QUEST+1 is ignored. This also applies to other +1 hour channels.

Has anybody come across this behaviour? My sever is hosted on a Linux Mint box, details below.

Try going into the advanced settings when you schedule it to record, near the bottom is an option to limit to channel, make sure you select the +1 here

As far as i know the DVR records based upon show/episode, so when it looks to start the recording it will find the non +1 channel first (if the episode is still airing on it) , and record that

Perfect. Thanks for the fast response. Really appreciate it. I think it might well finally be ready to release into the family. Good tip I found yesterday applicable to Live tv dvr, turn off Transcode interlaced Live TV in advanced settings on client. In my case, fire stick hd.
