I just installed Plex server with the Hauppauge WinTV Duel-HD tuner the other day.. Everything seems to be working great, except two days in a row my recording has hung and will not complete (see screen shot)..
Any tips, trick, or things I can try to resolve this issue?

I had this happen a couple times after the 1.7.x update. In my case it was combined with a couple other issues (or I guess it could have all been the same issue presenting in a couple different ways). I’ve seen some posts that indicate Plex is working on it but in my case I had to downgrade to an older version of the Plex server. Once I did that the problem went away.
We have the same problem. It happens a lot. We are using an Xbox One tuner at the moment. When it works it is fine (although the quality is something to be desired). Anyway, once one of them screws up all the ones after it are messed up until I restart plexmediaserver. I’m running on Ubuntu 16.04 and the latest plex version.
Likely related to the issue reported in this thread.
Rolling back to one of the versions listed as supported seems to be the only “fix” until they release an update.
