Recordings of one programme not showing up in the library

Hi everyone

I’m not 100% sure if this is a Live TV/DVR issue or a different issue affecting Plex as a whole but here goes.

Using the Plex Live TV & DVR, I record the Formula 1 highlights from Channel 4 here in the UK and have been since I started using this functionality around this time last year.

However, for some reason, even though the recordings are definitely being made and I can go into the Guide while the highlights are recording and watch them from the start, none of the recordings show in the library I’ve set up for recorded tv (which I’ve called, er, “Recorded TV”).

This only seemed to start after I had to redo the setup of my tuner after discovering I’d set it up the physical box incorrectly and so I had to remove and then re-add it in Plex once I’d sorted it out. When I did that I ended up having to cancel all the existing ongoing scheduled recordings and adding them again in Plex. However, I then found that, for some reason, the Formula 1 recordings are happening, are being stored in the right place but aren’t being picked in the library.

Obviously I’ve tried re-scanning the library but that makes no difference, nor does the client I’m using, whether Windows, web or phone etc

Does anyone have and suggestions as to what’s going on here? Especially why it appears only one programme is affected?
