Red trash can on folder and file I removed permission

I removed permission on a folder that I don’t want plex to access and set the settings within synology to not display folders without access permission, and moved a different file to somewhere else. Now that file and folder still shows, and now it shows with a red trash can. How do I get rid of the file and folder in PLEX so it doesn’t show at all? I already rescanned the library multiple times.

Trash can Plex is missing the associated file.
Click on the the movie poster, click the three dots, get info…
Should show the file that is unavailable delete files will remove it from the database.

If it doesn’t say unavailable then the delete will actually delete the files, be careful.
