Refresh all Metadata Vs Manual each movie

I have 2200 movies and they all match good but i notice that most only show a few actors pics.
If i select refresh metadata on each movie one at a time it gets all the actor pics and looks good.

So i select the Movies library menu - manage library - refresh all metadata, and it starts to run the first three movies show it running then after like six movies refresh it just stops with the next three movies refreshing but never continues/finishes.
Each time i have ran Refresh all metadata sometimes goes a little farther down the list of 2200 movies but only a few more sometimes. I can do each movie manually faster, and it always works manually.

What am i doing wrong for refresh all metadata and what logs should i look at for errors.
What debug level should i be set at to see these kind of errors if that is what is hanging the process?

Not sure in if matters, i have the movies library setup as
Scan - Plex Movies Scanner
Agent - Plex Movies (Legacy)

Movie Agent Order
Local Media assets (Movies)
Plex Movies (Legacy)

I am not sure why refresh all metadata hangs but i can refresh each movie fine, or i can select three rows of movies and refresh no problem. So i am doing my large movie library one letter at a time the slow manual way using the select many method.

I think my problem comes from a database that is more than a decade old and has updated over the years, i still have many unsed/unsupported pulgins and agents in the plugins folder and plugins data folders. I tried to delete them but that did not really remove them. I still seen them in webTools, so i updated then removed and they are no longer listed.

Maybe that has something to do with this problem. I use to use local data only then was using MCM Media Center Master agent, now i use TMM Tiny Media Manager for Kodi NFO files and local metadata. and set plex to Local metadata then Plex Movies (Legacy). Thats why i need to refresh all, refresh always works manually but hangs on refresh all metadata. Can’t find any thing in the logs, not even sure which log to look in for sure.
