"Refresh downloads" turned off - but it still refreshes when I start the app

Hi there, I had the “Refresh downloads” option turned on for a while, but after a while I found out it’s not so practical for me so I decided to turn it off again. Still, it refreshes every time I start the app… Bug?

The code looks right. Do you see Sync: Refreshing all items in your logs? Otherwise, might just be the code which tries to complete incomplete items.

Hi, no I can’t see Sync: Refreshing all items.
I tried quitting the app and restarting it a few times now, it refreshes my downloaded smart playlist (25 tracks) every time (even though I let it finish downloading before I quit the app).

Sorry, I think I was looking at the wrong place in my logs. Did a test again last night, and found the same behaviour still. My 25-track playlist is refreshed every time I start Plexamp on my iPhone. I checked my logs and found:
