Refresh library content from app?

Sometimes I add content to my folders but PLEX doesn’t detect it (I have auto refresh turned on to scan for new content). Sometimes I’ll add something to the library but a day or two later it doesn’t show up on the app (primarily use Roku).
I know I can log in to the web interface and force a library update, but is there a way to do it from the Roku app? if there is I haven’t been able to figure it out. It would be nice to not have to log in on a pc or use the desktop view on my phone browser just to do the update so that I can go back to Roku to watch my content.
Thanks
Chris

There’s no way to initiate a refresh from any app that I’m aware of. But if auto-refresh isn’t working, you’ll need to go to the server to figure out why anyway.

On mobile devices you can visit http://app.plex.tv/web/app and initiate a refresh manually.

Looks like you can from the shield, there is an option to the top of the library. Also looks like it changes to cancel update if there is one running. Would be great to have the option on all the apps though.

Please add library refresh for Roku admin.

(mobile device tip appreciated!)

I know Android TV has this feature, but not mobile. This feature would be very handy for those of us on the go.
