For months now I see in the Guide “Refreshing guide data (0%)” there is a fix for this problem.

Using Plex Server on WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS with HDHomeRun CONNECT Duo

I am experiencing this same issue and would love to hear a response. Did not have this issue prior to about a week ago
