DVR refreshing Guide

Hi All. Long time Plex user here (About 3 years). I’ve finally just bought the HD-HomeRun 4 channel. All the setup was so quick and easy. But now after 20 minutes of the guide refreshing it seems to only be on 1% still. I’ve removed and replaced added the TV Tuner, stopped the Plex server and restarted but to no luck. I’m still on 1%.

Done lots of googling and I can find things from earlier in the year but nothing recent. I’m running the Plex server on a Synology NAS.

Any ideas anyone?

Just be patient, as the first guide download can take a while, after that, refreshes should be quicker. :slight_smile:

Thanks Dave. Yep I was just being impatient. All downloaded now. Thanks. Now to explore over all the different apps. Exciting!!

I am having a similar problem but it causes my PMS service to stop . It stops the service before it ever gets the guide loaded. I restart it and the same thing happens I have gotten up as high as 77000 airings downloaded before it stops. This last time was 58212 airings.
This has been working for years. I opened a question on the forum for this but no one ever replied.
I have over 10 gig of hard drive space.
