Refreshing the Guide Crashes during the Initializing Step

Nothing has recorded successfully since 5/11. When I went into the Live TV section, there was no guide data. I tried repeated refreshes and none would get past initialization before crashing. I tried restarting Plex multiple times and also tried deleting and readding my DVR multiple times. Nothing has been successful in getting the guide to load. I turned on debug logging, and I’m seeing errors like the following prior to the guide refresh failing:

Nothing I do seems to make this work. Any advice would be helpful. It looks like there are some failed connection attempts, but an HTTP response of -7 isn’t even a valid HTTP status code.

I have had the same issue recently. I have to restart the app 3-5 times to get it to actually refresh the guide and anytime I do a rescan.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn’t work for me. I just restarted 5 or 6 times in a row, and I didn’t see it get any farther than 3%. I was seeing it get quite a bit further yesterday when I was deleting ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Databases/tv.plex.* when I had the server down between restarts.

Something must’ve crashed hard on the computer. It’s working just fine after a reboot of the machine. Guess I should’ve tried that earlier.
