Purchased activation of the app on my new plex account only to realize i had already activated another account 2 years ago. So now i have 2 activated accounts and i can’t seem to find anywhere where you can request a refund. Any redirection to where that might be possible would be appreciated
In-app purchases depend on the rules of the respective App Store where you made them (incl. their return policy and rules).
They cannot be refunded through Plex.

Sadly your only viable option would be to request a refund in your respective App Store.
I’ve had good success with the Apple App Store, no experience with the Google Play store.
