Reinstall PMS on win10

Server Version#: 1.15.3.835
PMS has worked like a charm for some years here. Now i find myself seeing the server just stopping for no reason. So I have come to the conclusion that I want to completely reinstall the server, but I have users I dont want to loose, is there a way I can back up users and other important data so that I do not have to go over all the settings after a clean install?
