Reinstall TOS 5 saving all PMS's infos

Hi, due to an error I must reinstall TOS 5: this is the only solution provided by Terra-Master to fix web interface of TOS (I can’t reach TNAS form web, whether remotely and wifi).
Is there a way to save all PMS library, preferences, and informations (ex. what is watched and the watchlist)? I don’t want to start over again with PMS, hope somebody can help me.
