Reinstalled Windows, PMS showing offline on LAN for multiple apps

Server Version#: 1.20.1.325

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on a new hard drive and reinstalled Plex but now the PMS is showing as offline for for multiple apps (LG TV, Roku, Android) on my LAN. I’ve tried uninstalling Plex and signing out on both the server and the various clients with no luck. I’ve tried disabling the firewall. Am I missing something that may be blocking this connection?

One interesting note is that I can do volume control on the Android app when casting to it from the server. So maybe it’s just the streaming connection that isn’t working?

Solved the issue! For those encountering the same thing in the future, the issue was that firewall exceptions was misconfigured. Some of the rules for Plex were only enabled on Public networks not both Private and Public.
