I had been away, when I came back I had the PMS update on my NUC, did the update, but I am just at 1.9.2.4285, click on check for update and it says I am up to date cannot get 1.9.3 any ideas. I do have plex pass in my settings.
You can always go to plex.tv/downloads/ and download it. It shows 1.9.3.4290-9798172d4.
The 1.9.3 update never showed up in PlexWeb, or the Android Plex app, for me either. I always have to download and manually install PMS updates anyway (probably because I run Plex as a Windows service using Always Up). Unless I actually stop Plex Media Server it won’t update.
Getting the notification is nice…when it works.
Currently running PMS 1.9.4.4325 for Windows and PlexWeb tells me I am up to date. Decided to look on the download page and I see that PMS version 1.9.5.4339 for Windows has been available for five days now (since 10/11/2017). Why am I not getting an update notification? This is two versions in a row now that fail to notify me of an available update.

Is this just peculiar to this update, or fairly common for some updates?
They have only done a couple of recent updates with the auto update turned off.
