There are no plans at the moment for the Rasplex Team to produce a Linux version, Linux versions of PHT were previously provided by other members of the community, someone has already done a version for Steam so maybe someone will get around to a Linux version, sorry.

OK, thanks for replying. Do you know if Plex Media Player (PMP) still exists and is available in a linux version that can be run under HD Station?

PMP still exists, but as you are not a PlexPass holder you don’t have access to it.

Oh… :((
That’s too bad. But if I was a PlexPass holder (I still may decide to become one), could PMP replace PHT under HD Station (Does it exist in a QPKG package) ?

What features are planned / in the pipeline for new releases? Can’t get much of an idea other than bug-fixes from the Github.

Seriously, most of the work at the moment is fixing long standing bugs/issues and updating most of the code to Isengard/Jarvis, this will bring some enhanced/new features but not willing to say what at this time.

I’ve been using the old PHT thinking it was the new OpenPHT. I purchased the MS version not long ago from the Store but I wasn’t getting much out of it. Yesterday I got the old PHT which I now found was abandoned. OpenPHT is awesome. Thank you!
Other note: When I press on “” to go to small window, the app exit instead. Old PHT behaved the same as well.
