When viewing iTunes trailers, the trailer starts for about 2 seconds then stops and goes back to the trailer menu. I have seen this happen on HD Trailers channel as well so not unique to iTunes.
Sorry, cannot replicate this, have just successfully played 8 different trailers on both the iTunes Movie Trailers Channel and the HD Trailers Channel.
You have not said which platform, which version of PMS, which install of OpenPHT, no debug logs, etc, not a lot of info really.

Thanks @NedtheNerd. Do you know if there are plans to bring this feature to non-adaptive seeking in the future?Preview images will always require some sort of delay before the seeking is actually performed.
Making the seek steps configurable (they are in Kodi) and only use -15,+30 should probably fit your usage pattern better. Please make a feature request on GitHub to make seek steps configurable (will most likely be implemented as anadvancedsettings.xml
setting) to help make it easier to track this.
Done - Feature request - Make seek steps configurable · Issue #92 · RasPlex/OpenPHT · GitHub

Because we haven’t!Regards
Gotta say I like the ■■■■■■ attitude. But fine by me. I’ll just stay away from OpenPHT.
Now we have, it will be in the next release.

It’s not ■■■■■■, he was stating a fact. As you can see, this will change in the next release.
Hi to all, I’ve upgraded the server last night (Version 1.0.0.2261), all is well except I have no Itunes playlist showing up on my Plex client. I have my music, tv shows, movies, photos but no playlist??
Any comment / help and or suggestions appreciated.
TIA
George

Did you not read this https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/222661/important-information-playlists-broken-with-pms-1-0-0
There are other things broken as well.

I’m getting an error when playing music:
“Visualization: ProjectM. Add-on could not be loaded. An unknown error has occurred.”
The ProjectM logo-based “screensaver” runs in the background, but not the actual rotation of Visualisations.
I tried restarting and I tried reinstalling OpenPHT. And I tried switching to the other built-in visualizations – and they all seem to be working fine. But ProjectM keeps failing… It’s my favorite visualization in OpenPHT, so its breaking is a bummer. I think the problem started with OpenPHT 1.6.1, but I can’t say for sure that it didn’t start with 1.6. It was definitely working previously though…
I’m using OpenPHT 1.6.1 with the Plex Black Edition skin on a Mac Mini running the current OS X. (And I’m using the PMS version prior to the 1.0 release; I haven’t upgraded Plex Server yet, because of the playlists issue).
Anyway, I’m wondering if I’m the only one running into the problem, or if it’s a known bug – and/or if anyone has advice for a fix.
Outside of that, OpenPHT 1.6.1 has been rock solid for me so far – the best Plex Home Theater experience ever – amazing work guys!!
Thanks.
