I recently had my device stolen and restored from iCloud to my new device, however, in between originally loading the app and now I had changed my apple ID. Now it has no record of my PlexPass purchase as it was associated with the other name. Any suggestions? or do I need to go to Apple?
All you need to do is to ‘sign in’ (or ‘link’) the Plex app on your iDevice to your plex.tv account, which has the Plex Pass. The 1 minute playback limit of the Plex app will automatically be lifted.
Are you saying that you bought your Plex Pass through the Apple app store? In this case you must indeed go to Apple and ask them.
I am no Apple costumer, but as far as I know, your purchases are all linked to your Apple ID. If you switch the Apple ID, the app store purchases are gone.
