Linked Apple ID + Plex Lifetime Pass, still asking to restore purchase and can't find previous

Hi,

I’ve linked my Apple ID and Plex Pass. I’ve verified my Lifetime Plex Pass subscription. I chose to SHOW my email via the Apple ID link.

Still, when I use the Plex app on iOS and try to sync/download, I am prompted to purchase another plex pass. When selecting “Restore Purchases,” I get an error that it can’t find any previous purchases.

PLEASE tell me that I am not required to purchase an additional $150 subscription for EACH device. I’ve never had an issue in the past.
