I only have one Apple ID, but Plex is not allowing playback on all devices

I have the Plex mobile on several devices (all mine, no one else uses them, all under my Apple ID).

I had to send in my iPad for repair, and they replaced it. Because of the nature of the repair, I was not able to back my iPad up, so I had to reinstall Plex.

Now I have to pay $5 to unlock my replaced iPad?? Why is there no option to repurchase?

I can sign in using my password, however, all my play is limited to a minute. It wasn’t limited on my iPad, or my mini. The mini still works, but I’d like to unlock my phone and my iPad replacement.

Can you click Restore Purchase at the bottom of the activation screen (where it asks you for the $5 activation)?

I don’t know how I missed that, but I managed to. Restore Purchase was a long scroll down after the activate notice (at least on my devices). Thanks so much for the prompt answer.
