Remember which label i have chosen

On apple tv Plex app and Plex server as well, I always choose Library label instead of Recommendation label. And, specifically, I would hide “TV from Plex” from left-side menu.

Is it possible to remember it and next time I open plex, it wont go back to original settings？

There’s an option in the client settings for Plex to remember your previously selected tabs.
Plex should already remember the customizations like what libraries are pinned to the sidebar.
