So i have a really old desktop so old it does not have the parts for wifi connectivity only supports wired connection but i dont know how to get my remote access working on my Lan so i cant use it away from home

It is on it just wont connet people say that it needs to be a static IP but for my wired connections i dont know how to make it static IP
That would be no different than on wireless. They probably just mean you need to make sure your computers local IP does not change. You can change this on the computer or in your router to make sure it does not ever assign a different one.
but it is not the IP changes every few minutes or something. If it says in remote access settings that is is fully accessible but still not working then you likely have some other issue.
Im not the type of person that knows how to change that using the computer it uses a wired connection as it has no part inside of it to use wireless
Well if you tell us your router model someone may have the same or similar or help you find directions on how to set up port forwarding and setting up a static. if remote access is not working by just enabling in settings then you will need to get in there and do some configuration.
