Remote Access Static IP

Hi Plex community

Everything seemed to be working well until recently when I lost the ability to have remote access. Every time I refresh it, it says it works and then a few seconds later I am told there is no remote access.

All the settings looked correct and I only seemed to resolve the issue once I made a static IP address and reserved that spot on the router.

Weirdly that then stopped all other connections to the internet from that computer.

If I turn DCHP back on then remote access disappears but the internet returns.

Can someone please help.
