Remote Access Connection PMS 1.1.3

I’m not getting remote access connections anymore. Updated to 1.1.3 and i’m only seeing local IP to Public IP but no Internet (grey).

I use a static IP for my server, my public IP has not changed, i’ve reset my router and modem, as well as rebooted my PC. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled PMS.

Any other tips for resolution?

I’m seeing the same issue. All nailed up and working for years. 1.1.3 gives me nothing.
When I go back to UPnP it sets up the connection on the router and still fails to connect.
Any specific logs I can provide to help? There is no error message.

From iOS devices I eventually get an indirect connection.

I’m seeing the same; indirect connection on android; but i have reported users who no longer see the server on roku clients; and some are having problems on iphone clients streaming to chromecast.

Clarification:

Saw another post about setting manual port can resolve this, but not working for me.

Same issue. Remote access drops off every few hours. By restarting PMS or sometimes just hitting retry under remote access settings, I can get it to come back - until the next time it drops off, and only if I have access to the server (which I won’t when I actually want to use remote access).

Also seems to be affecting my Roku (as someone else mentioned above). When remote access comes back, the Roku sees the server again.

Worked for years until the last update.

I’m having the same issue also. I tried manually setting the port but that didn’t fix it.

Strangely, I reverted back to a previous version (1.1.1 I think, I don’t have access to check right now), and I’m still having the same issue. I’m stumped… Going to check my firewall settings again when I get home, but I don’t know why anything would have changed there.

Flashes green/connected for a split second just once then every other time straight to red “unavailable outside your network”!

Not sure if there is a way to edit the title of this post, but on updating to 1.1.4 plexpass, i still can not connect remote access.

Again, the following: static port number forwarded in router, i get local ip, public ip but no internet, its gray. roku clients can not connect. android connects indirectly though?
can not connect to chromecast from phone to stream though; media server not found?

any other reasons why this is still present?

no changes to firewalls or anything else.

same here, using my VPN as work around but it would be nice to get this fixed. Especially since I just got my plex pass. I’m almost wondering if the plexpass is what broke things somehow on MYplex.
