Both myself and my friend have the latest update. We changed our passwords and were able to access each other until this morning. The sharing settings were restored (we thought) but we can no longer connect to each other’s servers. Under Manage Libraries Access - we see each other and it says we have access to X,Y,Z folders. But under “Media” it says neither of us has access to Media and nether of us has shared Media with one another.
Things we have tried:
- Logged in and out of both Website and Apps
- Verified Remote Access is green, allow unsecured connections and Relay turned on
- On our end, we created a brand new account on a different laptop, installed the latest server software, installed the latest Windows Plex App, connected to a different ISP, sent each other invites (accepted) and we still get the same error messages on both ends
- The other remote users can access her server. We cannot
- Error Message: Your friends server is currently unavailable. Verify you have a network connection and that the server is online
