Remote access does not work anymore since update

Hi everyone,

My server runs through docker on ubuntu 18.04. Since a couple of weeks, remote access stopped working for me : when I try to enable it, it goes green for a couple seconds then becomes red. Furthermore, I cannot connect directly through my server through the web app: access through app.plex.tv is only limited. I get the following non-verbose messages when trying to set up remote access:
Dec 28, 2021 01:05:22.469 [0x7fd5fce59b38] Warning — NAT: PMP, timed out waiting for response.
Dec 28, 2021 01:05:25.469 [0x7fd5fce59b38] Error — Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 28

Can someone please help me with this?

I’m having the same issue with Remote Access, says that it’s fully accessible for a few moments and then fails. The only change has been the latest PMS update.

I have the same exact issue, updated like 5-6 days ago and remote play stopped working, cant even stream to my cell phone. Nothing changed in my home config. i have formated my pc, reset my router, re-installed plex nothing work…

Does anyone know how to contact the mods? If it’s a broader issue it may need to be adressed

Personaly i am about to find another software. have been with plex for almost 10 years now. I never got so many issue until now and no answer.
