I didn’t change anything & suddenly my Remote Access won’t connect outside. i think it was one of the updates. It just says Not available outside my network in Red. i disabled & enabled. what can i do without playing with Router… please help
I am having the same issue. It started yesterday.
I am also having the same issue. I will disconnect the remote access. Then apply it again. I will go green. Then in about 5 seconds it will drop again. Please help.

I am also having the same issue, nothing changed here apart from Plex Media server version. I retry the remote access. It says fully accessible outside my network. Then in about 5 seconds it says inaccessible.
Port forwarding on router has not changed, firewall has not changed, still running same update state Windows 10.
Has anyone got any clue how to get this to work again, without reverting back to a PMS version that used to work.
Same thing with me. I am using a VPN and have done nothing. Last week remote access stopped. It turns green for about 2-3 seconds and then goes back to Not Available. Frustrating!

Same thing for me with Plex last version on Debian server.
Same for me - i’ve read elsewhere that its a 1.18 thing and i’m now trying to figure out how to rollback to 1.17
Plex is useless. Try Air Video Server. Sets itself up in seconds and works perfectly for remote access. Plex should copy them.
