Unfortunately this problem has been constant for years now, across multiple builds on unraid, windows and Linux. As well as across multiple ISP’s and routers. Somehow it’s always the same issue, so I assume it’s a problem with me doing something wrong.
Current setup is unraid, no vpn, port forwarding is setup, Fios internet, and their provided G3100 router. I can provide any other useful info if needed.
I would love it if this is somehow solved. 99% of the time it’s not a problem because I have always just used Plex in my home, but I am trying to switch to using Plexamp instead of other streaming services, but that means I need to solve my remote access problem that has been persistent for years. Thanks!
