With no changes to my network or Plex config, Remote Access has stopped working.
Plex Server is running on a dedicated Windows PC that is used for no other purpose. Automatic updates are disabled.
I run a Unifi network. I have the port forwarded correctly.
My ISP is AT&T Fiber. Again, no changes. It is set for IP passthrough.
This configuration has been unchanged for months. I recently upgraded to the latest version of Plex Server but I am unsure if this problem began at that time.
There’s a lot of „moving parts“ when it comes to remote access. Some of those can change without further announcement, e.g. by your ISP.
Have you already verified if your port forward is still working → the specified public port is visible/accessible from outside your home network (e.g. using a service like canyouseeme.org)?
