Remote access drops

trying to figure out how to correct a problem.
after plex had the update with the plex passes with friends now paying for plex my sever remote access is having constant drops.
go to be something on your end.
ive did power cycles with my hardware and software.
ive went threw every article for support with no luck.

Given there’s no major outcry about remote access being lost for loads of users and no issue listed on https://status.plex.tv/ – let’s assume there’s an issue with your setup or something that might have been changed by your ISP.
