I’m not sure what happened. Recently my remote access has suddenly failed leaving my shared users unable to access my media.
I switched over VPNs from Private Internet Access to ExpressVPN. With Private Internet Access I was still able to use Plex remote access feature with split tunneling. With ExpressVPN I can’t even access the remote menu from the web app. As a result I’ve just disabled my VPN but I still can’t get it to work.
When I go to the web menu, remote access will often show the green check mark and indicate it is working for a maybe thirty seconds or so, and then it will suddenly go offline and show the red “x” next to the menu tab.
I’ve attached my logs as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I feel as if I’ve reached a wall.
