Remote access has stopped working. I upgraded my internet to 1Gbps and Comcast said for this I had to use their modem/router. Since moving to their modem/router Remote Access with Plex no longer works. I have all the settings the same as I did on my wifi router. But now when clicking Enable Remote Access it goes and says “Available outside of your network.” After about 10 seconds maybe less it goes red and not available. Once this happens i have to disable and the re-enable to try again. Nothing I have tried has worked. Even changing to outside port number has not helped. I have their newest modem/router its Grey and small, there is no model number for me to list.
